Today we received a new set of guidelines from the department concerning COVID-19 restrictions. We are still working through the details of what this means for us as a school, but the main considerations that will begin tomorrow are listed below:
- All students who have been tested for COVID-19 must show the school a negative test result prior to returning to school. The easiest way to do this would be to take a screen shot of the text message and email it to the school email address.
- If students are unwell they must remain at home until a negative result has been received or they are displaying no symptoms.
- There are no visitors to the school allowed for the reminder of this term. If a parent meeting is required we will conduct this over the phone. If it is urgent and you are required to pick your child up from school you will be contacted by our Administration Office and met at the front door of the school. Please do not visit our Administration Office without contacting the school first.
- Roll call and assemblies will now take place in year groups only and will remain at less than 15 minutes in length.
- Choir and singing groups will be cancelled for the remainder of the term.
