Dear Families,
We are pleased to invite you to our upcoming Parent-Teacher-Student interview afternoon at Callaghan Waratah. This event provides a valuable opportunity for you to discuss your child’s learning progress.
Event Details:
- Date: Wednesday, 23rd July 2025
- Time: 2:15 PM to 6:30 PM
- Location: Waratah Campus Hall. Please enter the school via gate 7 (just off Harris Street). All other entries will be closed.
- Interview Duration: 7 minutes
Booking Information:
Bookings will be available through the Sentral Parent Portal from 9 AM on Wednesday, 18th June until 3 PM on Monday, 21st July.
To ensure a successful booking experience, please:
- Refer to the booking instructions guide for step-by-step guidance.
- Ensure you have created your Sentral Parent Portal login prior to booking.
- If you are using the Sentral Parent App, please update to the latest version.
We encourage you to book early to secure your preferred interview times. If you need assistance with the booking process, please feel free to contact our Administration Office at 4968 1939.
If you miss out on a timeslot with one of your child’s teachers, or require a longer time slot than 7 minutes, please reach out to the respective teacher via email to arrange a suitable alternative time for a phone interview.
For families needing translation or interpreting services during the interviews, please contact our Administration Office no later than Wednesday, 2nd July 2025.
