Parent Teacher Interviews 2022

Callaghan College Waratah’s Parent Teacher Interviews are being conducted both ONSITE (in our Main Administration Building) and ONLINE in 2022. This offers families greater flexibility in meeting with your child’s teachers. Students are welcome to participate in the meetings.

Parent Teacher Interviews are scheduled for the following dates –

ONSITE – Monday 25 July, 3.30pm to 5.30pm

ONLINE – Monday 1st August, 3.30pm to 6.30pm

We encourage you to book early to ensure maximum choice for selecting your most suitable interview times.

Bookings

Both Onsite and Online Parent Teacher Interviews can be booked via our Sentral Parent Portal (desktop) or the Sentral Portal App (mobile). For instructions on how to book on either platform, please follow the booking instructions guide.

We ask parents to be mindful of adhering to their allotted time slots to ensure that other families are not disadvantaged.

Onsite Parent Teacher Interviews

Onsite Parent Teacher Interviews will be held in the Waratah Campus Hall on Monday 25 July from 3.30 to 5.30pm. Please enter the school via the Harris Street gate behind the hall.

Once you've booked your interviews, your confirmed interview timeslots will be available for you to view on the Sentral Parent Portal. Some parents find it helpful to use the Sentral Parents App to keep track of their interviews on the night. Alternatively, you can print off the list to bring with you.

Online Parent Teacher Interviews

Online Parent Teacher Interviews will be held via Zoom. Zoom accounts are free and can be set up via this link. Your Zoom username should include your surname for teachers to easily identify you.

For your meeting, please ensure you have access to a device with a camera and microphone and choose a quiet, well-lit environment. Please enter and exit meetings promptly and adhere to the 5-minute interview time limit.

Each teacher has a unique Zoom link that can be found in our Staff Zoom Directory. These links will provide access to your Parent Teacher Interview with each individual teacher.
