Waratah Campus has moved away from the Positive Behaviour for Learning model and developed our own set of school values:
- Empowering Self
- Valuing Others
- Agency in my Learning
These values spring from the main tool we use with our students and staff – the Disposition Wheel. The wheel contains all the characteristics or qualities that are required to create confident and creative learners.
Our teachers work with students to help them understand how these values translate into everyday attitudes and behaviours both inside and outside the classroom.
