There are some costs associated with going to school that you may find it helpful to plan and budget for.
Costs to consider include:
uniforms
school books and equipment
excursions
- co-curricular activities.
Voluntary school contributions
Like all NSW public schools, we can request contributions to enhance our educational and sporting programs including elective subjects. School contributions help provide additional educational resources for the benefit of students. Payment is voluntary.
For more information, visit the Voluntary School Contribution policy.
Our school contributions are set well below the state average and in consultation with our Parents and Citizens Association. Contributions are set in two categories:
General service contribution
These contributions cover items such as:
- duplicating paper
- printing school reports
- textbooks
- stationery
- chemicals
- equipment.
Elective contributions
These contributions cover the additional resources of some subjects that are chosen by students and that are above the minimum curriculum requirements. These contributions are allocated directly to the subjects and are used to purchase consumable items such as:
- food
- paints
- paper
- wood
- metal
- specialist equipment
- computer memory
- ink cartridges
- or other items that are needed for the subject.
The faculties that set elective contributions include:
- Creative and Performing Arts
- Home Economics
- Industrial Arts
- PD/H/PE
- Computing Studies
- English
- Human Society and it's Environment
Options for payment of contributions
We appreciate any financial support from parents as we are here to help provide the best education we can for our students. Contributions can be paid in full or by regular installments during the year at our Administration office using eftpos, credit card, cash or cheque. Payments may also be made through our website by clicking on the "Make a Payment" tab.

Contributions for Years 8, 9 and 10 for 2025 will be available soon.
Financial assistance
If you are unable to pay school contributions because of financial hardship, you may be eligible for assistance from the school.
Our principal will ensure no student or family suffers any discrimination or embarrassment over the inability to pay school contributions.
