Year 6-7 Special Education Transition Program

High School Transition Program for students with a Special Education enrolment.

To support your child’s transition to high school, our Special Education Unit is conducting a transition program commencing in Week 2 of term 4 and concluding in Week 6 of term 4. The program will run on a Tuesdays from October 17th to November 14th, 2023. This will allow your child to become familiar with our school and participate in lessons and activities that will prepare them for high school.

Students should wear their Primary School uniform and bring recess and lunch for each day of the program. The canteen will be available if students wish to purchase food for break time.
