At Waratah Campus, we are committed to ensuring that every student has a voice in decision-making and planning. Your ideas and perspectives matter, and our student leadership teams are here to make sure all our students’ perspectives are heard!

Supported by Mr Garbutt, this group promotes inclusivity, ensures diverse perspectives are considered in school planning, and coordinates Harmony Day and community art activities to foster a welcoming and inclusive school environment.

Aboriginal Student Leadership Team:

Working with Darren Woodhouse and the Aboriginal Education team, this group focuses on building relationships with Partner Primary schools, supporting our Year 6 into Year 7 transition programs, and organising events that promote a deeper understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture.

Supported by Ms Swindale, this group has a formal structure with elected roles. They collaborate with other Junior AECG teams and the AECG Council to determine their direction and foster strong community connections.
